Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange items within 5 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by a valid order number or receipt.
- Certain items, such as sale items, or customized products, are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return does not meet our policy, we may reject the refund or return the item to you.
Return Process

- Ship the Item: Send the item back to our return address (shipping costs may apply).
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once received, we will process your request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
